Overseas Recruitment [Overall Description of Overseas Recruitment] – Following the success in organizing the “Night of Shanghai” in 2005 Detroit and the introduction of several senior overseas R&D personnel in 2006, SAIC again recruited overseas talents in USA and other countries at the beginning of 2007. By September 1, 2007, another 18 overseas experts have been working with SAIC. It is anticipated that over 20 overseas experts will be introduced this year.
