Note:
1. According to the new stipulations provided for in the Explanatory Announcement No. 1 Concerning Information Disclosure by Companies Offering Securities to the Public --- Non-Recurring Profit and Loss (2008) promulgated by China Securities Regulatory Commission, SAIC Motor has made a consistency adjustment of the non-recurring profit and loss of the previous years, and this has affected the net profit after deduction of non-recurring profit and loss and the related financial indicators of the previous years.
