Huang was previously the manager of the Finance Management Department of the Finance and Accounting Division of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation, vice-president and head of the Finance and Accounting Department of COSCO Logistics (Americas) Inc., CFO of COSCO Americas Inc., deputy general manager of Finance and Accounting Department of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation, and deputy general manager of Capital Management and Operation Division of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Ltd. He currently serves as a director of SAIC Motor and the head of Capital Management and Operation Division of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Ltd.
