Zhang Xiaolong, male, born in August 1976, is a senior accountant and a member of the CPC. He holds a master's degree in management. Zhang was previously auditor of the Audit Office of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group), financial analysis supervisor of the group's finance department, senior secretary of the Secretariat Division of the President Office, manager assistant in the Investment and Operation Department, manager of the General Management Division of the Manufacturing Division/Parts Business Board. He also worked for Donghua Automotive Industrial Co., Ltd. as assistant general manager and deputy general manager. Besides, he was deputy head of the Audit Office of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group), deputy director of the group's Supervision Office, deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, director of the Discipline Inspection Office, as well as head of the Office of the Party Committee Leading Group for Inspection Work of the group. He now serves as employee representative supervisor of SAIC Motor, and the director of the Organizational Cadre Department of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd.
