SAIC MOTOR

Chen Hong, male, born in March 1961,is a member of the CPC with a bachelor's degree in engineering. He is a senior engineer (professor) and economist,and now the Party secretary and chairman of SAIC Motor. He has been a vice-president at the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group) and general manager at Shanghai General Motors Co. He also served as president and deputy Party secretary at SAIC Motor; deputy chairman and deputy Party secretary at the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group); Party secretary,president and deputy chairman at SAIC Motor.

Wang Xiaoqiu, male, born in August 1964, is a member of CPC. Wang is a senior engineer (professor level) with a doctorate in engineering. He once served as deputy general manager of Shanghai Automotive Co., Ltd, general manager and Party secretary of SAIC Motor Yizheng Co, general manager of SAIC Motor Automobile Manufacturing Co, executive director of the purchasing department of SAIC Motor, deputy general manager of Shanghai Automotive Co., Ltd and deputy general manager of passenger vehicle branch, deputy general manager of SAIC passenger vehicle branch, general manager and deputy Party secretary of Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. He also worked as deputy chief economist of SAIC Motor, general manager of Shanghai General Motors Corporation Limited, vice president of SAIC Motor, general manager of company's passenger vehicle branch and director of technical center. He is currently a director, President and Deputy Party Secretary of SAIC Motor.

Wang Jian, male, born in April 1964, is a member of CPC. Wang is a senior engineer with a post graduate diploma and a master of science in engineering. He once served as Vice President, President and Deputy Secretary of CPC of Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation; Deputy Director, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and discipline-team leader of Shanghai Municipal Economic Commission, Deputy Director of the Municipal National Defense Science and Industry Office; Director of the Municipal Economic Commission, Secretary of the Party Group, Director of the Municipal National Defense Science and Industry Office; Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Economic and Information Work Party Committee, Director of the Municipal Economic and Information Commission; Secretary of CPC of the Municipal SASAC, Director of the Municipal SASAC; Chairman, Deputy Secretary of CPC and Secretary of CPC of Shenergy (Group) Co., Ltd; Deputy Secretary of CPC and Vice Chairman of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. He is currently a director of SAIC Motor.

Zeng Saixing, male, born in January 1966, is a member of CPC. He is a professor with a post graduate diploma and a doctorate in management. He served as Director and Professor of Management Science Department, Antai School of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is currently head of Innovation and Strategy Department and specially-appointed professor of Antai School of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University, and independent director of SAIC Motor.

Chen Naiwei, male, born in August 1957, is a member of the Jiusan Society. With a post-graduate diploma and a doctoral degree in law, Chen used to be the dean of Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Law School, a senior partner at Shanghai-based AllBright Law Offices, and a professor at the Law School of Fudan University. He is currently the executive dean of the Fudan Shanghai Advanced Institute of Lawyers, chairman of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Intellectual Property Society, standing vice-chairman of the China Law Association on Science & Technology, and independent director of SAIC Motor.

Sun Zheng, male, born in December 1957, is a member of the CPC and holds a doctorate in economics. Sun once served as vice-president of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) and director of the university's academic committee, dean of the SUFE Business School, and member of the China Accounting Standards Committee of the Ministry of Finance. Sun is now a senior professor at SUFE, vice-president of the Accounting Society of China, vice-president of the Shanghai Accounting Society, and independent director of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd.

Huang Jian, male, born in August 1969. Senior accountant with an MBA degree. Huang was previously the manager of the Finance Management Department of the Finance and Accounting Division of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation, vice-president and head of the Finance and Accounting Department of COSCO Logistics (Americas) Inc., CFO of COSCO Americas Inc., deputy general manager of Finance and Accounting Department of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation, and deputy general manager of Capital Management and Operation Division of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Ltd. He currently serves as a director of SAIC Motor and the head of Capital Management and Operation Division of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Ltd.

Hua Ende, male, born in August 1976, is a member of the CPC. Hua, an MBA graduate, holds a postgraduate degree and is an engineer. Previously, he served as secretary of the Youth League Committee of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co Ltd and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Sales Co Ltd. He also served as secretary of the Party Committee of the Headquarters Division of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co Ltd, deputy director of the Party Committee Office and Manager of the Compliance Department of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co Ltd. Hua was also deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co Ltd, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and chairman of the Labor Union of Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co Ltd. Additionally, he served as secretary of the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of HASCO KSPG Nonferrous Components (Shanghai) Co Ltd and chairman of the company's Labor Union. He worked as deputy secretary of the Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and chairman of the Labor Union of SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Co Ltd. He also once served as chairman of the Labor Union of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd. He currently serves as employee representative director, and deputy chairman of the Labor Union of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd and Director of the Board Office of SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd.
